About GACR
GACR was founded in 2025 to address a critical gap in the academic publishing landscape. While existing cryptology organizations have served their communities admirably, their scope has been limited to a single planet. As cryptographic research increasingly touches all aspects of civilization, a galactic perspective has become necessary.
GACR maintains rigorous peer review standards while remaining open to innovative research that may not fit within narrower editorial constraints. We believe that the advancement of cryptologic knowledge benefits all beings capable of appreciating it.
